Refund Policy

At Peaceful Deen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, as a small business, we must operate within strict guidelines to protect both our customers and ourselves. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have the right to cancel or return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

    • Returned with all tags and labels attached.

  • Items that cannot be returned include:

    • Personalised or customised products.

    • Hygiene-related products (e.g. prayer caps, hijabs, soaps, cosmetics) once opened or used.

    • Digital downloads or eBooks.

2. How to Request a Return

  • You must email us at info.peacefuldeen@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

3. Refunds
​

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount if the product has been used, damaged, or is not returned in its original condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except where legally required, e.g. faulty goods).

  • Refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear in your account.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if required.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.

  • Once production, packaging, or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
